Final Practical Exam - Pricing Lesson via Save On App/Website.  Use Teams Recipe Grocery List - to complete full pricing re: all ingredients required re: your final practical exam assignment.  Note: Re the 1st video - Canada too experienced a Dust Bowl during the 1930's in the Prairies and it severely affected our crops during the Great Depression (1929-1939).  What People Ate to Survive During the Dust Bowl Thoughts on the video? Any comparisons/contrasts to what we experienced/did during the height of Covid re: food shortages/canning etc.? Would you eat any of meals presented? E.g. popcorn & milk. What is Tuscan Olive Oil? Do your families use this today? 

Nov 28 2022 Pancake Make & Reflection

Pancake Lab Cooking Day!  Remember:  Lab Group Assignments -  Head Chef Prep Cooks x 2 Dishwasher IMPORTANT!!!!  Only 1 group member to teacher station to pick up your lab group bin - with aprons, cloths, additional product items. One member of your group to get your recipe duo tang for reference. * Head Chef. Once your group has prepped pancakes PLEASE be very careful putting them in the oven.  Prep Cooks OR Dishwasher - prep/set your tables while pancakes being cooked by head chef. Plates/cutlery/Syrup etc.  At the end of the lab all group members to assist with final clean up, final sanitization of counters and sweeping of your area.  All used aprons and dish towels to the front laundry hamper for washing.

Note: Students - FULL SENTENCES REQUIRED. Total marks /15.  Laptop Cart #2. Once in Teams - Click on the  'Foods Sustainability Assignment,'  read the directions and type in your answers directly inside the attached assignment inside of Teams. Students: You will need your duo-tangs, a piece of lined paper (extra at the front - bottom shelf) and a pencil (if you do not have one please sign one out of the yogurt container via the teacher's desk).
